Being a PICU physician, I was used to always have lots of booklets in my pockets, and notes all over the place. Then, in 2001,I discovered the Palm, and started using it in the daily work in the PICU where I work. It was great for my notes, which I could now sync. But I still had to have the booklet I used every day: Frank Shann's Drug Doses. After talking with him, I developed a Palm version of his booklet, for a local use in my institution. Over the years, it has evolved in a pediatric program, which offers much more than just drug doses, and physicians from other countries started to want to use it.

Now, this program is used all other the world, by many thousand physicians and health care practionners.
